About your Trainer

Balance. Patience. Kindness. Whether it’s working with clients in a one on one setting or in a group, these elements are at the foundation of Morgana’s work. Her training style helps clients find balance in their bodies, patience in their minds and kindness in their hearts while working towards achieving their goals. Over a decade ago while teaching in the group fitness space, an excitement and curiosity sparked in Morgana a journey to learn more about the body and all of the incredible things it can do. One thing led to another and now she is a NASM certified personal trainer, Pre/Post Natal specialist, Mat Pilates and Barre instructor as well as a health and nutrition coach.

Morgana is a professional dancer, fitness professional, dog mama to Luna Bagel, proud wife to Andrew, aunt to 7 darling children and lover of all things chocolate and peanut butter. She loves reading psychological thrillers, rom coms, and is newly obsessed with the fantasy genre (ACOTAR anyone?). She studied dance and psychology at Southern Methodist University and ran away with the circus for six months before landing in NYC in 2011. She enjoys taking her pup for long walks in Central Park, cooking simple and healthy meals, and having dance parties. Life is too short to not be a little weird.
