PRE & POST NATAL
Morgana's pre & Post Natal group Classes are at Freya Movement

The pre/post natal population is on a beautiful and challenging journey and Morgana loves that she gets to be a part of their support system. She is helping to pave the way for the revolution that is finally talking about this life changing event that so many people don’t talk about. Pregnancy and postpartum can feel isolating and Morgana is determined to create a space to help this population feel less alone.

 

Pre/post natal training with Morgana offers a range of benefits. During pregnancy, it can help reduce discomfort, improve posture, and boost overall energy levels. Her individualized approach ensures exercises are safe and effective, promoting a healthy pregnancy. After childbirth, her post natal training supports recovery by strengthening muscles weakened during pregnancy, addressing diastasis recti, and aiding pelvic floor rehabilitation. It also helps with mental well-being by reducing stress and improving mood, all while encouraging gradual, sustainable fitness progress.

MauneyFIT was started by Morgana and her husband, Andrew, in March 2020. It was a way to connect virtually with their friends, family and clients during a challenging time. They taught a wide variety of classes to people across the country and Morgana still continues to teach on Monday mornings via Zoom at 8am EST.

In this welcoming total body class, we focus on alignment and the technique behind each movement. Mixing bodyweight and weighted exercises using dumbbells, we will work the entire body. From Tabatas to EMOMs to Circuits, there will never be a dull moment. Great for all levels.
